2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with Basma Shipping’s terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Services Provided

Basma Shipping provides shipping services within Turkey and to specific international destinations. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any goods that we deem inappropriate or in violation of local or international laws and regulations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the goods to be shipped.
• The customer must ensure that the goods are packed and packaged properly to ensure their safety during transit.
• The customer bears all fees, taxes, and customs duties related to the shipment.

5. Basma Shipping Responsibilities

• We will make every effort to deliver the goods on time and in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Basma Shipping is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods resulting from improper packaging by the customer.

6. Fees and Payment

• Fees are determined based on the weight and size of the goods and the distance traveled. Fees may also include additional costs such as insurance for the goods.
• The customer must pay the agreed fees before the service is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• In case of non-payment of the due fees by the customer, Basma Shipping reserves the right to delay or cancel the shipment.

7. Insurance

• It is recommended that the customer insure the goods against loss or damage. Basma Shipping provides insurance services upon request for an additional fee.

8. Cancellation and Amendments

• The customer may cancel or amend a shipping request before the goods are delivered to Basma Shipping. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
• Basma Shipping reserves the right to modify or cancel services at any time without prior notice, with a commitment to refund any payments made in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Basma Shipping is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to a specified amount per shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved before the competent Turkish courts.
